Here’s My Story

Hello! I am so excited you are here. I firstly, want you to know that my site is a place of community, love, positivity, growth (both physically, mentally and emotionally), and a way for other goal driven health and fitness junkies to come together!

I figured what a perfect time to introduce myself and tell you where I began and WHY I do what I do.

It is so important to know that we all start SOMEWHERE, to get to where we are now or want to be.

7 years ago I was the girl who was “all-or-nothing” in my doings

I either put in 120% or nothing at all…

This was AMAZING in several ways, but did not serve me forever…

It caused me to not try if I couldn’t be 120% at everything…

It caused me to “give-up” when a situation did not go my way…

It created a lot of mental blocks when trying to reach my goals and it also at times caused me to feel unaccomplished and never good “enough”,…

It created this mentality in which If I couldn’t get a workout in 1 day, I would feel like a complete failure…

I was constantly “re-starting” again every few weeks because of 1 missed workout, or not meeting my nutrition goals…

I was killing myself to live up to this unrealistic expectation of “perfection” I had set for myself.

 

 

What I realized that was LIFE CHANGING is…

Perfection is not real. What I have been chasing for years is NOT REAL.

1. I just have to TRY. It is about the EFFORTS we put forth to get to where we want to be.

2. I did NOT have to be 120%, 365 days of the year to reach my goals…which is the mentality I fell for or so many years.

    3. I realized this once I couldn’t be “in control” 24/7.

    4. I knew I needed to change as I couldn’t MAINTAIN this for life…I had to make this a LIFESTYLE!

I now get to transform lives DAILY by teach my clients proper mentality & sustainable weight loss methods, while going through their transformation.

 

Checkout one of my clients! (above) She is a Mom who decided she needed to CHANGE. Even though she knew she wouldn’t be PERFECT, may have to do some home workouts or modify due to being a new mom, she still DID IT!(She lost 17+ lbs and 14.75 in in 4 WEEKS!)

 

 

What I teach my clients in my 1-on-1 program:

-HOW to DITCH the diet mentality

-How to learn to make health and fitness a LIFESTYLE, not a 12 week GO ALL OUT program, and then go back to what you were doing before…
