Workouts will be accessed via the MHFIT training app in Trainerize
This program is ongoing, meaning the updates are constantly implemented and you’ll never run out of home workouts to do, again!
As of right now, there are 30 weeks worth of workouts, but McKenna is always adding to the program to make sure you don’t run out of workouts.
What you need:
- a pair of dumbbells (whatever weight you prefer)
- A pair of resistance bands
If you don’t have either, you can improvise as best possible with what you have
